Community Policing

At present, we do not have a Police Community Support Officer assigned to our area. The Community Safety Unit is undergoing a re-structuring, that will see a injection of Police Constables being appointed into the Community Safety Unit, this process is underway and will officially start at the beginning of June 2023.

In the interim. there are a small number of PCSO’s that are covering multiple areas, as well as the Town Centre Constables, and a designated Rural Police Constable, these are sharing areas and addressing local issues, therefore any crime or Anti-Social Behaviour can be reported on the Kent Police Website, “Click before you call” www.kent.police.uk/ro/report/ocr/af/how-to-report-a-crime
