On Sunday 8th June 2025 volunteers from WPARA helped to install the new planters on the railway bridge in Warwick Park. The first task was to level the planters to compensate for the camber of the road. They then had to be filled with drainage stones, soil and compost before the flowers and grasses could be planted.
The resident’s association owes a big vote of thanks to Andy Hempleman, who masterminded the project, the residents and companies that sponsored the planters and the residents who turned out with wheelbarrows shovels and brooms to complete the installation.
