Warwick Park Area Residents Association (WPARA) covers Warwick Park, Blatchington Road, Rodmell Road, Oak Tree Close, Roedean Road, Nevill Gate, Upper Cumberland Walk and Richmond Place.

WPARA is a self-funded, not-for-profit local organisation dedicated to preserving and improving the unique characteristics of the local environment. We campaign on issues in the interests of the residents.

Funded through a voluntary annual contribution per property, committee members provide their time for free.  We welcome new members and volunteers to support us with our work.

If you are new to the area or considering buying a property, please get in touch with me or one of our Area Representatives who will be delighted to share the benefits of living in this special area.

Planning can be a contentious issue and as most of WPARA is in a Conservation Area this poses additional challenges and restrictions.  We are always willing to support residents…

The Warwick Park Area is a remarkably densely wooded residential area for the centre of a town and trees are an integral part of its ambience, supporting a wide range
